1st Realty-Rangewide utilizes QR barcodes

What are those goofy looking black and white squares everywhere?qryardsign

That's a great question! They're called "QR barcodes", and they're becoming more and more popular!

QR stands for "Quick Response", and these square barcodes are able to pack a lot of interactive content into a flat, printed format. At 1st Realty, we've taken this cutting edge technology by the reigns, and become the first company in the area to use it. We've put "Mobile Listing" signs at our properties, with these QR barcodes right there.

What does this mean for you? This means that you'll be able to access heaps of information about our properties, right from the front yard of a property, using your mobile device or smartphone!

It also means we've added a valuable tool, to better serve our property owners and market their properties.

How do I use these barcodes? If you've got a smartphone or other mobile device with a camera, it's easy!

First, you'll need to get a "QR scanner" app from your phone's marketplace or store. There are many FREE apps available, so you don't need to spend a dime :)

Once you've installed the app, you should never need to do that step again. Now you're ready!

Just open the app, point your phone's camera at the barcode, and the app should recognize the code, and automatically load the information right on your screen!

That's it, you've done it! Welcome to the latest and greatest mobile technology!

Don't have a camera or app? No problem! We thought of you too :)

By visiting the link on our Mobile Listing signs (http://tiny.cc/2185c) with your mobile device's web browser, you'll gain access to the same information.

Go ahead, cruise around town on a nice day and view our properties from inside-out! You'll find additional photos, pricing information, and more!

This just in!
